Troublesome Two

Here are the two main concerns on the minds of CPA firm partners, sole practitioners and other high-level CPAs in public accounting.

Recruiting and retention- “We can’t find good people,” “I have to review/fix almost everything my staff prepares for me.”

Succession, merger/acquisition- “I don’t have anyone internally to buy me out,” “I really don’t want to sell or merge,” “I’d like to acquire a practice.”
