Demand for Lateral Partners Continues to Grow

I have written a lot about the need for additional experienced partners in the public accounting profession. This is a trend that is going to continue for some time and offers tremendous opportunities for firms to acquire next-generation and/or specialized talent and for those CPAs who might be considering a move.
