These are tailor made for the small firm seeking an internal successor over the next several years.

Long Island
Has his own $225k practice and is seeking to become the junior partner and near term successor for a sole practitioner who doesn't have a succession plan and really doesn't want to merge or sell. He is in his early 40's and you and he will work out a mutually agreeable current and long term transaction and will move into your space. You can choose to integrate day one or at some predetermined time in the future.

Long Island
Interested in a path to partner and ownership. 30 years old with a strong image and very good communication skills. Solid tax generalist including significant high net worth individuals and trust/estate. Earns less than $100k.

Has a $100,000 book of business and is seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity. In his mid 30's with solid tax and accounting/financial statement experience. Diverse client base. Minimum 1040 is over $1000.

Available CPA Candidates:

NYC, Audit and Tax partner
Currently with a 35 person firm and has a small book of business. Has the full range of audit, review and compilation experience plus high net worth individual and entity taxes. In his early 40's and very accustomed to working with business owners of highly successful privately held firms in their tax, business and personal financial planning.

Long Island, Tax manager, CPA, MS Taxation
One of the best I have met in a long time. This is a talented and resourceful professional in his early 30's with strong high net worth and entity experience. Individual clients range from AGIs of $800k to 40 million.

NYC, Tax Manager and CPA
This person is one of a kind in my view. One job since graduating college and currently in a small firm that has a number of wealthy clients and successful business clients. Full range of LLC, Sub S, partnership and high net worth individuals. Very mature for his age and has brought in business.
